deepest apologies for the extremely slow response.regarding the theories right?i was thinking of the leaders of the weeks to give prior readings before the class.at least we have something to prepare for.and another suggestion,since the main reading for this class is Lussier and Achua,may those who do have the book please do make yourselves known.we do need to corporate a bit more as all of us have other commitments as well.realllyyyy need you help people!

I personally believe that reflection should be our own point of view regarding the class discussions. diff ppl might have diff ideas related to the discussions. I guess that is wat Prof wants to see. as for the length of the reflection, it could even be a half page for every week. quality is more important than the quantity! huhu!
